残暑お見舞い申し上げます！
猛暑が続いていますが
皆さま、お身体に気をつけて
元気にお過ごしください！
この時期、涼をとるのにぴったりなのが
「茶氷」
お茶を使ったかき氷です。
するが企画観光局が企画している
「茶氷プロジェクト」は７年目
ことしは静岡県内の製茶問屋やカフェなど
61店舗で9月まで提供されていて
すっかり静岡の夏の風物として
定着しました。
私も毎年楽しみにしていて
先日は静岡市の「茶町KINZABURO」で
小豆や白玉が入った茶氷を
いただきました。甘すぎず
ほろ苦いお茶シロップが
たっぷりかかっていて
大人の味。とても美味しかったです！
他にも、竹筒に入ったものや
クリームを使った洋風のものまで
それぞれのお茶屋さんこだわりの
茶氷があります。
とにかく暑いことしの夏。
「茶氷めぐり」がお勧めです！

I would like to recommend you
a popular cold sweets
in Shizuoka this season, called “Chagoori”
“Chagoori” means “Tea ice”,
shaved ice with syrup using
green tea produced in Shizuoka.
You can enjoy many kinds of “Chagoori”
in 61 tea shops and café in Shizuoka
until September.
I have been to a shop called
“Chamachi KINZABURO” recently.
This one was served with
red beans and rice dumplings.
Not too sweet, softly bitter,
very tasteful and
full of rich aroma of green tea!
If you have a chance
to come over to Shizuoka in summer,
taste Chagoori,
it’s a really good way to cool down!
